Seasons of the North Bandana
22"x22" 100% Cotton Bandana, designed in Alaska and handmade in the USA. Printed using eco-friendly waterbased inks, each comes wrapped in a recyclable craft paper card with the meaning behind the design. Please note that these are sewn by hand, so there may be minor irregularities.
This bandana tells the story of our seasons.
Spring is the bear and her cub emerging from deep sleep and surrounded by wildflowers, blue flax and forget-me-nots.
Summer is the salmon, returning home to her familiar river under the bright summer sun, surrounded by fireweed and lupine.
Fall is the moose, searching for his love in the darkening sky, surrounded by the bounty of blueberries and cloudberries.
Winter is the watchful owl, awake while everyone else sleeps and surrounded by the rose hip and spruce.
And in the center, the Sun, her light and energy defining each of our seasons.
